- Superintend loading/discharge of product, take composite samples and carryout analysis
- Take Ullage, temperature of shore/ship tanks
- Ascertain the condition of shore pipeline and check all associated lines and valves
- Inspect vessel/shore tanks to ascertain suitability before loading
- Supercargo
- Identify cause of contamination (if any) and the liable party
- Record time log during operations
- Conduct ON/OFF Hire Survey upon arrival/departure on board vessel
- Take daily opening/closing stock, ascertain quantity of product received, monitor daily trucking of product to ensure product movement.
Calibrate Surveyor at the Jetty during operation
Calibrate surveyor in process of taking sample of product from the vessel's 4 stb tank.
Viewing the forward part of the vessel during operation.
Calibrate surveyor in process of sealing some of the valves in the tank farm.
